For non -corporate customers, payments can be made by cash cash when the package is submitted to the Branch Customer Service or the Official Office of Indah Logistik, payment can also be made by billing in the destination and COD. For corporate customers, the payment system can be done by invoice in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.

For customers who deliberately send packages that are prohibited by the government, then based on Article 47 of Law No.38 of 2009, customers will be convicted with a maximum prison sentence of 5 (five) years or a maximum fine of Rp1,000,000,000 (one billion rupiah) and the shipping service provider (Indah Logistik) cannot be subject to responsibility for the incident.
