What happens if a customer sends a package containing illegal goods?
For customers who deliberately send packages that are prohibited by the government, based on article 47 of Law No.38 of 2009, customers will be punished with a maximum prison sentence of 5 (five) years or a maximum fine of IDR 1,000,000,000 (one billion rupiah) and the delivery service provider (Indah Logistik) cannot be held responsible for this incident.
